Flat rate per order, whatever the number of items. Orders are processed from 8:30 to 13:00 on business days. Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day. Between 8 and 72 business hours after dispatch.
Orders placed at the practice
Orders placed directly at the practice are dispatched cash on delivery. The shipping fee follows the courier's current rate and is paid to the messenger on receipt.
